The City of Fort Stockton Utility department is dedicated to providing quick and courteous customer service while maintaining and operating an accurate and efficient utility billing system.

The Utility department strives to provide our citizens with professional and prompt customer service, accurate billing and account management.

Services provided include:
        - Processing Utility payments
        - Establishing new services
        - Sanitation Services
        - Monthly billing for water and wastewater

If you are needing to start a new residential utility account, please print this form. Fill it out and bring it back to City Hall and pay the necessary fees to start services. A valid copy of a driver's license and/or identification card is required with this application.
